We don’t want our customers to get even slightly dissatisfied, hence, we advise you to go ahead and ask for a return/exchange.

 ₹150 return charge will apply for all returns. (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges)

 ₹100 exchange charge will apply for all exchanges (adjusted toward shipping Charges)

 

Important: We Are Processed For a Refund of Only the Product Amount Cost Any Aditional Charges Are Not Refundable ( Like adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges)

 

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale, Combo items (i.e., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns; these can be exchanged only. During the Exchange, Free items might not be available. Then you have to choose another item as suggested by the customer support representative.

• RETURN

1. To initiate a refund or exchange, please get in touch with our customer support with your order details and reason for return.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. We are not responsible for any damages or losses during the return shipping process. 

7. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.

8. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria.

9. Please note that customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

1. We are committed to designing and manufacturing products of the best quality and fit.

2. Size Exchange is subject to availability

3. Please share the package unboxing video for the wrong product received.

4. Only one-time Exchange or Refund is allowed.

5. All you need to do is initiate an exchange request through our website with the particular order number within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

6. Exchange/Return eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, or worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.

NOTE: Products bought from clearance sales are not eligible for
refund/exchange.

and if reverse Pickup is not available in your area by our Courier Partner, then Customers want to ship manually at our Warehouse address.(This charges is not Payable by the Company).

• CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped.

3. You get the Fastest Response In WhatsApp messages compared to Email, and whenever you get a Solution in any media at first, after that, your tickets will be closed.

4. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
